Choose the Industry Route Before You Choose a Product
This navigation is built around how buyers actually search: first by equipment or application, then by the enclosure, cabinet, process or inspection question behind it.

Typical Quantity and Lead-Time Reference
These are practical starting points, not promises for every design. Final MOQ and timing depend on geometry, tooling, finish, assembly and inspection scope.

Programs
What Turns an Order into a Program
One delivery is a transaction. A program is the same part arriving the same way for years — and it is built from six documents, not from goodwill.
Most of our enclosure work is repeat business, and the parts that stay in production are the ones where the reference documents were fixed at the start. When a batch drifts, the cause is almost always one of these six items being left loose rather than a machine problem.
| Frozen drawing revision | A change to the drawing invalidates the previous first article, so every batch has to reference a revision and not just a part name. |
|---|---|
| Approved first article | The approved sample is the physical reference for every later batch, and the thing a dispute is settled against. |
| Documented process route | Laser, bend, weld and finish settings are recorded, so a repeat order runs the same way instead of being re-invented. |
| Inspection plan | The characteristics to be checked, the method and the record are agreed once, rather than a different check being done each time. |
| Packing specification | Protection, separators, labels and hardware bags stay identical, which is what keeps the last carton as good as the first. |
| Separate line items for accessories | Gland plates, panels and brackets carry their own revision, so a later change costs one part instead of a whole cabinet. |
Grouping related parts into one program is the other lever worth pulling. A cabinet, its gland plate, its mounting panel and its brackets are usually ordered separately at first; quoting and shipping them together reduces setup, freight and the chance that the parts arrive in different revisions. If you have an enclosure family in production, send the whole list and we will quote it as one program.
Anything that is not yet drawn can be quoted from a sample or from photographs with dimensions — see the engineering review for how that works.

Send the Information That Controls Cost and Risk
Include the drawing, quantity, annual demand, material, thickness, finish, critical tolerances, assembly scope and packaging requirements. We will use that information to review a practical manufacturing route.
