For custom work, the manufacturing route matters as much as the price. Each step below is reviewed against the buyer's material, tolerance, finish, assembly and packing requirements.
Drawing & DFM Review
STEP, DWG, DXF, PDF and SolidWorks files are reviewed for bend sequence, weld access, mounting interfaces, critical tolerances and finish requirements.
Laser Cutting & CNC Bending
Flat patterns, holes, slots and formed dimensions are controlled before welded or assembled parts move to the next operation.
Welding & Fit-Up
TIG, MIG or laser welding routes are selected according to the part structure. Welded frames and cabinet bodies are checked before finishing.
Assembly & Functional Check
Doors, panels, handles, wheels, hardware, cable-entry areas and moving parts are checked against the approved sample or drawing notes.
Inspection & Export Packing
Dimensions, coating condition, welds, hardware, labels and packing protection are checked before shipment photos or videos are shared when needed.
