01Engineering review
Sheet Metal DFM Engineering Review
Before quotation, we connect the buyer drawing to cutting, bending, welding, hardware, finishing, assembly, inspection and packaging. The goal is to remove assumptions before they become sample rework or batch variation.
02Cutting
CNC Laser Cutting Service for Sheet Metal
Fulei Metal uses three laser cutting machines, including a newer TRUMPF machine, to prepare enclosure panels, brackets, openings and formed-part blanks from buyer drawings.
03Forming
Sheet Metal Bending Service
Four CNC press brakes support custom panels, doors, brackets and cabinet structures. Bend sequence, tooling access and functional dimensions are reviewed against each buyer drawing.
04Joining
Sheet Metal Welding Service
Ten welding stations support cabinet bodies, frames, brackets and fabricated assemblies. Joint access, fixture strategy, heat sequence and final appearance are planned around the drawing and batch requirement.
05Hardware
Enclosure Hardware and PEM Fastener Installation
Self-clinching fasteners, studs, hinges, locks, mounting rails and grounding points are planned as part of the enclosure route, not treated as last-minute accessories.
06Finishing
Powder Coating and Surface Finishing for Metal Parts
Finish planning starts with material, weld condition, cosmetic faces, corrosion exposure, colour or texture reference and the areas that must remain conductive or dimensionally controlled. The factory photo below shows a completed powder-coated cabinet used for finish and assembly acceptance, rather than an unrelated wrapping scene.
07Assembly
Sheet Metal Enclosure Assembly Service
Doors, side panels, plinths, rails, shelves, locks, grounding conductors and buyer-supplied components are assembled from a controlled BOM and work sequence.
08Inspection
Sheet Metal Quality Inspection Service
Inspection follows the controlled drawing, approved sample and project-specific acceptance plan through first-piece, in-process, assembly and pre-shipment checks. The photo below is one real surface and workmanship checkpoint; the complete inspection scope is defined by each buyer drawing.
09Delivery protection
Export Packaging for Metal Enclosures
Packaging is planned around cabinet size, weight, finish, protruding hardware, loose accessories, pallet limits, moisture exposure and destination handling.
