For laser cutting and bending, MOQ is typically 100 pieces per part number. For welding, assembly, or surface-treated parts, MOQ is 200 pieces. We accept smaller pilot orders (50 pieces) for new customers to validate quality before scaling. Tooling and fixtures have separate one-time charges.

Cold-rolled steel, hot-rolled steel, galvanized steel, stainless steel (304 / 316 / 430), aluminum (5052 / 6061 / 7075), copper, and brass. Material thickness range is 0.5 mm to 25 mm for steel, up to 12 mm for stainless, and up to 10 mm for aluminum. We source mill-certified raw material from Baosteel, Tisco, and Chinalco.

Standard tolerances are ±0.1 mm for laser cutting on materials up to 6 mm thick, ±0.2 mm for 6–12 mm, and ±0.3 mm for thicker stock. CNC bending holds ±0.5° on angle and ±0.2 mm on bend position. Tighter tolerances (down to ±0.05 mm) are achievable for machined components with prior engineering review.

Electro-zinc plating (white / yellow / blue / black passivation), hot-dip galvanizing (ISO 1461), anodizing (clear / black / custom colors), powder coating (any RAL color, smooth / texture / matte), wet spray painting, and polishing / brushing for stainless steel. We also offer assembly, hardware insertion, and laser engraving.

Prototypes: 7–10 working days. Small-batch production (under 1,000 pieces): 15–20 working days. Full production runs (over 5,000 pieces): 20–35 working days depending on complexity and surface treatment. Surface treatment adds 5–7 days. Sea freight from Ningbo to US West Coast is 14–18 days; to Europe is 28–32 days.

Yes. We prepare commercial invoices, packing lists, certificates of origin (Form E, Form A, Form F, RCEP), mill test certificates, fumigation-free wooden crates, and customs declarations. We ship EXW, FOB Ningbo, CIF, or DDP. Our export team handles CE / UKCA documentation, REACH / RoHS compliance, and OEM-neutral labeling for distribution customers.

Yes. We routinely sign one-way and mutual NDAs before reviewing customer drawings. Send us your standard NDA or we can provide ours. All engineering files are stored on access-controlled servers with limited personnel access. We do not advertise our customers or use their drawings in marketing without written permission.

Incoming material inspection (mill cert verification, dimensional check), in-process inspection at each manufacturing stage (first-article, patrol, and final), and pre-shipment inspection against your drawing and approved sample. We use calipers, height gauges, pin gauges, surface roughness testers, and a coordinate measuring machine (CMM) for complex parts. Inspection reports and photos are shared before shipment.
