| Server and security logs | Rolling period, normally not more than 30 days |

4. Your drawings and designs
Technical files you send us are used only for the project they were sent for. We do not share them with other customers, do not resell or reuse them in our own products, and do not publish them. They are held on our own server in a directory that is not reachable from the public internet, and access is limited to the sales engineer handling your enquiry and the production and quality personnel who must work on your order. We will sign a confidentiality agreement before you release files if that is your process — see our confidentiality and NDA page.

We do not sell personal data, and we do not share it for third-party advertising.
6. Transfers outside your country
We are established in China and our service providers operate in China, the European Union and the United States. Where personal data protected by the GDPR is transferred outside the European Economic Area, we rely on an appropriate transfer mechanism — normally the European Commission’s Standard Contractual Clauses with the recipient, supplemented where necessary by a transfer risk assessment. You may ask us for details of the mechanism used for a particular transfer.

8. Cookies and similar technologies
| Category | Purpose | Consent required |
|---|---|---|
| Strictly necessary | Session handling, security, load balancing, remembering your language selection | No — the site cannot work without them |
| Analytics | Measuring which pages are read and how visitors arrive | Yes, where local law requires it |
| Translation | Remembering the language you selected in the translation widget | No — it stores your own preference |
You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings at any time. The site will continue to work, although some preferences may reset.
9. Security
The site is served over HTTPS. Access to enquiry files is restricted, staff access is limited to those who need it for their work, and uploaded drawings are stored outside the publicly reachable part of the file system. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we apply these measures to protect what you send us. If we become aware of a breach that is likely to result in a risk to your rights, we will notify you and any relevant authority without undue delay.
10. Where local law gives you more
This notice describes the minimum we do. If the law of your country gives you stronger rights — for example under the UK GDPR, the California Consumer Privacy Act or similar legislation — we will honour those rights as well.
11. Changes to this notice
If we change how we handle personal data we will update this page and the version number below. Material changes will remain visible on this page for at least 30 days. This notice does not override any right you have under applicable law.
12. Contact and complaints
