Industries We Manufacture For

Fulei Metal manufactures to your drawings. Industry labels are just a way to find the right examples — the process behind them is the same: laser cutting, CNC bending, welding, finishing, assembly and inspection, planned from the drawing you send. Below are the application areas our current case pages fall into, with the parts we actually make for each.

Industrial Equipment

Machine frames, guards, housings and structural sheet metal parts that carry load or protect moving equipment. These parts are usually welded assemblies where flatness, hole position and weld consistency matter more than surface appearance.

What we focus on in this group

Cutting accuracy on welded sub-assemblies, bend allowance on load-bearing flanges, weld sequence and distortion control, and fit-up against the mating machine interface.

Example parts

Electrical & Electronics

Enclosures, cabinets, mounting plates and cable-management parts for control, distribution and network equipment. Cut-outs, hardware positions and earthing points are usually defined on the drawing and checked part by part.

What we focus on in this group

Cut-out and hole-pattern accuracy, hardware fit (PEM inserts, hinges, locks), earthing provisions, door gap and sealing surfaces, and coating thickness on edges.

Example parts

HVAC & Ventilation

Outdoor casings, heat pump enclosures, fan guards and duct-adjacent panels. These parts live outside, so the coating system, drainage and corrosion behaviour decide how long they last.

What we focus on in this group

Coating system matched to the exposure, drainage and condensation paths, corrosion protection at cut edges and welds, and flatness across large panels.

Example parts

Energy & Charging

Charging station enclosures, battery housings, solar mounting hardware and power cabinet structures. Programmes in this group tend to run in repeat batches after an approved sample.

What we focus on in this group

Ventilation and thermal paths, ingress protection at joints, service access, and repeat batch consistency so that every unit fits the same assembly line.

Example parts

Agriculture & Livestock

Feeders, fence panels, partitions, troughs, gates and equipment housings for farm and livestock use. Parts are handled daily, often outdoors, often with animals in contact with them, so edges and durability matter as much as dimensions.

What we focus on in this group

Deburring and safe edges, corrosion behaviour in wet and ammonia-rich environments, weld cleanliness, and packing that survives long export routes.

Example parts

Automotive & Go-Kart

Frames, bumpers, brackets and structural components for karts, ATVs, UTVs and motorcycles. Fit-up across a welded structure is the hard part here, not the individual blank.

What we focus on in this group

Welding fixtures for dimensional consistency, jig-based assembly checks, tube-to-plate joint quality, and coating that survives outdoor use.

Example parts

Public Infrastructure & Street Furniture

Shelters, benches, guardrails, signage frames, distribution cabinets and outdoor equipment housings installed in public spaces. These are visible, vandalism-exposed and expected to last for years without maintenance.

What we focus on in this group

Weather and corrosion protection, structural stiffness on long spans, safe edges and radii, tamper-resistant fixings, and packing for container shipment.

Example parts

Other Custom Programmes

Not every project fits a sector label. Library furniture, home and living products, workshop trolleys and retail fixtures come through the same shop floor, and they are quoted the same way — from the drawing.

Materials, Thickness and Finish

Across these groups we work in SPCC, SECC, Q235 carbon steel, SUS304 stainless steel, aluminium and galvanised steel. Cutting covers 0.5 mm to 18 mm; 0.5 mm to 5 mm is thin sheet, our main volume, and above 5 mm up to 18 mm is thick plate, quoted after the drawing review. Finishing runs through powder coating, zinc plating, galvanising and passivation, with brushing or polishing where the drawing asks for it. See the CNC laser cutting service and sheet metal bending service for process detail.

Send Your Drawings

Simple parts — laser-cut blanks and bent components supplied with complete 2D or 3D drawings — are quoted within 24 hours, Mon–Fri GMT+8. Complex assemblies are quoted after the drawing review, and we confirm a quotation date once the scope is clear. Send your drawings, or browse the full product case library.

Industry guides

These pages go deeper than the case lists above. Each one covers the specification language buyers in that industry put on the drawing, what fails in service, and what has to be settled before a quotation is realistic.
