Our TRUMPF fiber laser cuts cabinet body panels, doors, and frame components from flat sheet stock. CNC press brake machines form cabinet bodies, doors, and internal mounting panels. Component assembly uses TIG welding for stainless steel and MIG welding for galvanized steel, with continuous welds for IP-rated sealing. Surface treatments include powder coating, electropolishing, and anti-graffiti coatings. Our assembly team installs hinges, locks, gaskets, ventilation, cable management, and grounding systems.
