Fabrication Process

Our TRUMPF fiber laser cuts all enclosure panels from flat sheet stock, producing clean, accurate cutouts for connectors, displays, ventilation slots, and mounting features. Four CNC press brake machines form enclosure panels with precise bends, with back-gauge accuracy ensuring consistent dimensions across production batches. Our ten welding stations handle TIG, MIG, and resistance spot welding. Surface treatment options include powder coating, liquid painting, anodizing, and plating.

Our assembly team installs hinges, locks, gaskets, fans, filters, internal mounting plates, and grounding hardware. For clients requiring turnkey solutions, we also install client-supplied electronic components, wiring, and cable management systems. Each assembled enclosure undergoes functional testing before packaging.

A German automation company needed custom enclosures for a new line of robotic controllers.
