Our TRUMPF fiber laser cuts post base plates, bracket components, and infill panels from flat sheet stock. Tube processing equipment cuts and notches railing posts and handrails. CNC press brake machines formed bracket profiles and base plates. Component assembly uses TIG welding for stainless steel and MIG welding for powder-coated steel. Surface treatments include brushed or polished finishes for stainless steel and powder coating in client-specified colors.
