Fabrication Process
Our TRUMPF fiber laser cuts frame components, bracket plates, and mounting hardware from flat sheet stock. Steel tubes and angles are cut to length and notched for frame assembly. CNC press brake machines form reinforcement components and bracket profiles. Frame assembly uses MIG welding with continuous welds for structural integrity. All frame assemblies are hot-dip galvanized after fabrication to coat all surfaces including internal tube surfaces.

A European cattle farm required slatted floor support frames for a new 200-head cattle barn. The support frames needed to span 1.5 meters between concrete walls and support cast iron floor panels.
