Our wall-mount tissue holder combines a minimalist profile with industrial-grade construction. The body is fabricated from 1.0mm cold-rolled steel (SPCC), laser cut with smooth rounded edges and formed with a 150° bent dispensing slot. The unit is finished in black powder coating (RAL 9005) with the customer’s brand mark applied to the front face, and the concealed mounting system hides every screw behind the holder body for a clean, floating appearance. Stainless steel versions are available where corrosion resistance matters more than colour. Suitable for residential bathrooms, commercial restrooms, kitchens, and hospitality environments.

Manufacturing Notes
This is a small part with tight visual requirements: the customer sees every edge, every screw and every square millimetre of the front face. The manufacturing plan is built around surface quality and coating consistency rather than strength.
- Material and thickness: 1.0mm SPCC cold-rolled steel. Going thinner than 1.0mm makes the bend radii look soft and the body flexes when the tissue box is pushed in, which shows up as a loose seam.
- Laser cutting: Fiber laser cutting with the protective film left on the sheet, so the face reaches bending without handling marks or scratches.
- Bending: The 150° dispensing slot is formed on a radius die and the edges are then deburred by hand — a sheared edge on a coated face reads as a scratch to the end user.
- Pre-treatment and coating: Parts are degreased, rinsed and dried before powder coating, then coated at 60–80µm and cured. Black is the least forgiving colour on a coating line: dust nibs and thin patches show, so black batches are inspected under the same lamp the end user would look at them under.
- Branding: The logo is either silk-screened before the final cure or laser engraved into the cured coating. Engraving into black coating exposes bare steel, so engraved parts are re-sealed with a clear coat.
- Concealed mounting: The mounting flange is bent into the body rather than welded on, so there is no weld discolouration to hide under the coating.

Inspection & Quality Control
For a visible component the inspection is mostly visual, and it is done by the same operator who formed the part.
- Incoming material: Steel grade and thickness verified against the mill certificate; coating powder checked by batch and against the approved RAL colour chip.
- Pre-treatment check: Degreasing and drying verified on the first rack of each batch — powder over a greasy surface passes final inspection and then fails adhesion in service.
- Coating thickness: Measured with a magnetic gauge at several points per unit, specified at 60–80µm, with a cross-hatch adhesion test on a sample from each batch.
- Surface inspection: Every unit inspected for dust nibs, orange peel, thin patches and scratches under a 500 lux inspection lamp.
- Dimensional check: Overall dimensions and mounting hole positions checked to ±0.1mm on a sampling basis, since the concealed mount only works if the flange positions repeat.
- Corrosion and branding: Salt spray test on a sample from each batch; logo position and legibility checked against the approved artwork.

Frequently Asked Questions
Can it be made in stainless steel instead?
Yes, and it is a plain material substitution — same laser program, same bend sequence, so there is no new tooling. Brushed #240 or #320 are the usual finishes. Tell us if the installation is coastal or industrial and we will quote 304 or 316 rather than guess.
Can you print our logo on the holder?
Yes, that is the part shown in the photo. The mark is applied to the flat front face either by silk screen before the final cure or by laser engraving into the cured coating. Engraved parts are re-sealed with a clear coat so bare steel is not left exposed. Send vector artwork (AI, EPS or SVG) and we will confirm the minimum line width that will stay legible.
Which size tissue box does it fit?
The standard body takes a box up to 200×100×60mm. Send us your box dimensions and we will adjust the internal clearance — this is a straightforward change with no new tooling.
Do you supply the wall anchors?
Yes, screws and anchors are included, and 304 stainless screws are available for damp or outdoor installations. For plasterboard or hollow walls tell us at order stage so we can supply the correct anchor type.
What is the MOQ?
1000 pieces for a small pressed and formed part like this. The setup for laser cutting, the bend programme and the powder coating batch are amortised across the run, so the unit price improves noticeably with volume.
