Fabrication Process
Our TRUMPF fiber laser cuts trough body components from flat sheet stock with precise dimensions. CNC press brake machines form trough bodies with watertight seams and appropriate profiles. Trough assembly uses TIG welding for stainless steel producing watertight, hygienic seams and MIG welding for galvanized structural components. Stainless steel components may be electropolished, and galvanized components are hot-dip galvanized after fabrication.
