A conveyor support bracket is bought in quantity and adjusted on site. Those two facts shape the design more than the load rating does: the bracket has to be adjustable without being loose, and it has to stay adjustable after a year in a working plant.
Where Conveyor Brackets Actually Fail
The bracket on this page is 3–5 mm Q235, laser cut, bent, welded and hot-dip galvanized or powder coated, rated to 200 kg, covering heights from 500 to 1,500 mm in 50 mm adjustment increments, floor bolted. Failure rarely comes from the load number. It comes from the adjustment: a slot that slips under vibration, a bolt that seizes after galvanizing, or a leg cut to the wrong height and packed with shims on site.
The coating choice is part of that. Hot-dip galvanizing gives coverage inside sections and on edges, which suits a plant with washdown or outdoor runs. Powder coating over prepared steel gives a cleaner, more consistent finish for dry indoor installations and allows colour coding by line or zone.
Specifying Brackets That Install Without Rework
- Height range and increment — the adjustment has to cover the real floor tolerance, not the drawing’s ideal floor. Site slabs are rarely level.
- Slot versus hole pattern — slots allow adjustment; holes fix position. Mixing both in one bracket is common and needs stating.
- Galvanizing and thread fit — threads need specifying as pre- or post-galvanizing treatment, otherwise bolts bind on site.
- Bracing — at the top of the height range a single leg needs bracing. Whether it is included or site-supplied changes the part count.
These are cheap on paper and expensive once fifty brackets are on a truck. DFM review is where they get settled.
How a Batch Like This Is Made and Checked
Laser cutting, bending, welding and coating. On a bracket of this kind the dimensional checks that matter are the mounting hole and slot pattern, the leg length, and the squareness of the top plate to the leg — because the top plate is what the conveyor sits on. General tolerances follow ISO 2768 where the drawing does not state otherwise. Coating is checked for coverage, particularly at the edges and around the slots.
Packing is planned by size, since a mixed-height order going to one line has to be identifiable without measuring every part. See export packaging standards. Samples are available at the stated fee, which is worth doing before a fifty-unit run on a new line.
Galvanized or powder coated?
Galvanized for washdown, outdoor or coastal installations; powder coated for dry indoor lines where colour coding helps. Both are available on this part.
Can you supply the bracing and fixings?
Bracing can be included as part of the bracket assembly. Anchors are normally site-supplied to the installer’s specification, but tell us early if you want them in the package — it changes the hole detail.

Payment Terms
How a project is paid for is agreed before production starts, and the structure that applies to your order is stated on the quotation and on the order confirmation, so there is no ambiguity later.
- 30% advance payment with the order and the 70% balance before shipment — our standard structure.
- 70% advance payment with the order and the 30% balance before shipment — used for some projects.
- 100% payment in advance before production starts — used for some projects.
If your finance team works to a fixed structure, say so in the first enquiry and we will confirm what applies to your order before you commit. Request a quotation.
Questions buyers ask before sending drawings
The questions that come up most often before a project starts, answered the way we answer them by email.
What do you need from me to quote Conveyor Support Bracket?
2D drawings as PDF, DWG or DXF, or 3D files as STEP, IGES or SolidWorks, together with material grade, sheet thickness, surface finish, quantity and destination country. If the drawing is not finished yet, send a photo, a sketch or the existing part instead — we review what can be measured from it and reply with the questions that still need answering.
How long does a quotation take?
Enquiries are answered within one business day. Simple laser-cut and bent parts are quoted within 24 hours. Welded frames, assembled units and multi-part structures are quoted after the drawing review and process confirmation, and the date is confirmed in our reply.
Is there a minimum order quantity?
Prototypes are made from a single piece and small batches of 10–50 pieces are routine. Prototype, first batch and repeat volume are quoted together so the numbers stay consistent as the project scales.
Can you work from a sample or a photo if I have no drawing?
Yes. Send the part itself, clear photographs with a rule or caliper in frame, or a dimensioned sketch. We measure what can be measured, list what is still undefined, and confirm it with you before production.
How it’s made: conveyor support bracket fabrication — material grades, geometry rules and the production route.
Need a Similar Part?
Most enquiries that start on a page like this are not an order for Conveyor Support Bracket — they are a search for a factory that can make something like it. Send us your drawing, 3D model or sample and we will review the manufacturing process and the quotation requirements, then come back with a process plan, a price and a lead time.
We work from 2D drawings, STEP / DWG / DXF / PDF files, or a physical sample if that is all you have.
No complete drawings yet? Describe the part, send photos or a sketch, or send a sample — we can start from there. Discuss your project.

Quotation Time
We quote from your drawings. How long that takes depends on what the part asks for:
- Simple parts — quoted within 24 hours. Laser-cut blanks and bent components, supplied with complete 2D or 3D drawings. Mon–Fri, GMT+8.
- Complex assemblies — quoted after the drawing review. Payment kiosks, multi-part welded frames, enclosures with purchased hardware, or anything needing a coating or assembly trial. We confirm a quotation date once the scope is clear.
Production lead time is quoted separately, after drawing review and process confirmation. Send your drawings.
