CNC press brake machines form enclosure bodies and covers with precise bending for cover fit and gasket compression. Sealed enclosures require continuous TIG welding with pinhole-free seams. Stainless steel enclosures may be electropolished, aluminum enclosures are anodized, and steel enclosures are powder-coated.
Case Study: Process Control Sensor Enclosures
A German process control equipment manufacturer required custom enclosures for a new line of temperature and pressure sensors for chemical processing. The enclosures needed IP67 requirements, chemical exposure resistance, EMI shielding, and client-specified sensor module accommodation.
