Material Selection

Design Considerations

Fabrication Process
Our TRUMPF fiber laser cuts guard panel blanks, frame components, and mounting brackets from flat sheet stock with precise dimensions. CNC press brake machines form guard profiles, frame sections, and mounting brackets. Expanded metal is cut to size and framed with formed steel channels. Component assembly uses MIG welding for steel and TIG welding for stainless steel, with all edges ground smooth. Surface treatments include powder coating in safety yellow or other specified colors.

A Southeast Asian water utility required 200 coupling guards for a pumping station upgrade.
