Fabrication Process
Our TRUMPF fiber laser cuts shelter frame components, seating supports, and barrier panels from flat sheet stock. CNC press brake machines form shelter panels, seating profiles, and barrier components. Tube processing equipment cuts and notches frame tubes. Component assembly uses TIG welding for stainless steel and MIG welding for galvanized steel. Surface treatments include electropolishing, powder coating, and anti-graffiti coatings.

A UK rail project took delivery of close to 1,500 platform facility components from Fulei Metal in 2025.
