1. What we protect
Every customer drawing, model, specification, sample, commercial term and pricing detail you share with us is treated as confidential. We do not reuse your designs, resell your files, or show your drawings or product photographs as our own work without your written permission.
2. How we handle your files
Files are used only for the project they were sent for. Access is limited to the sales engineer handling your enquiry and the production and quality personnel who must work on your order. We do not publish your drawings, part photographs or company name without your written permission.
3. What stays yours
What you provide — your drawings, models, specifications and the product-specific detail in them — is yours. What we already know, and what we develop independently, is ours; and we remain free to fabricate enclosures and parts for other customers using our own engineering knowledge.
