Returns & Refunds

At Fulei Metal, we specialize in custom electrical enclosures, metal cabinets, and OEM sheet metal fabrication services for industrial applications. Due to the customized nature of our products, the following policy applies to all orders.

1. Custom Manufacturing Products

Most of our products are manufactured according to customer-provided drawings, specifications, dimensions, materials, surface finishes, or branding requirements.

Therefore:

• Custom-made products are generally non-returnable and non-refundable once production has started.

• Customers are responsible for confirming all specifications before mass production.

• Approved drawings and samples are considered final production references.

2. Quality Issues & Manufacturing Defects

If products arrive with verified manufacturing defects caused by our production process, we will provide one of the following solutions:

• Replacement of defective parts

• Repair support

• Partial refund

• Full refund (for severe quality issues only)

To initiate a claim, customers must provide:

• Clear photos or videos

• Product quantity affected

• Description of the issue

• Original order information

Claims must be submitted within 7 business days after receiving the goods.

3. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds or returns will not be accepted under the following circumstances:

• Incorrect specifications approved by the customer

• Design changes requested after production begins

• Damage caused during improper installation or use

• Normal surface wear or cosmetic variations within industrial tolerance

• Delays caused by customs clearance, force majeure, or shipping carriers

4. Sample Orders

Sample fees are generally non-refundable unless otherwise agreed in writing.

For long-term OEM cooperation projects, sample costs may be credited toward future bulk orders.

5. Order Cancellation

Orders may be canceled before raw material purchasing or production starts.

If production has already begun, cancellation fees may apply based on:

• Material costs

• Labor costs

• Production progress

• Surface treatment or tooling expenses

6. Shipping Damage

If goods are damaged during transportation:

• Please notify us immediately after delivery

• Keep all original packaging

• Provide photos of damaged cartons and products

We will assist in filing claims with the shipping carrier where applicable.
