Our Laser Cutting
Our company is equipped with 3 3000W laser cutting machines to fully meet production needs. Its movement is equipped with advanced foreign core processors, with excellent performance and efficient calculation, ensuring the accuracy and stability of the laser cutting process. With powerful equipment performance, it can perform fine processing on plates with a thickness of 0.5 to 16 mm, whether it is fine carving of thin plates or efficient cutting of thick plates, it can easily handle it.

Our Bending
Our company is equipped with 4 3.2-meter bending machines, including 250-ton and 225-ton large bending machines, which are powerful and can easily handle various high-strength and thick plate bending tasks. They can accurately process products with a bending thickness of up to 16 mm, demonstrating excellent heavy-duty processing capabilities. At the same time, the two 100-ton bending machines are good at handling delicate thin plate processing with their flexible and precise characteristics, and can perfectly bend 0.5 mm thick plates. These bending machines of different tonnages work together to build a powerful system covering the processing of products with a full thickness range of 0.5 mm to 16 mm, fully meeting customers’ diverse and high-precision bending needs.
Our Quality Inspection & Packaging
All-round testing, from appearance defects to internal structural strength, from dimensional accuracy to performance parameters, is carried out layer by layer. Only products that pass the strict quality inspection standards are eligible to enter the next stage. We select high-quality packaging materials and tailor packaging solutions according to the shape and characteristics of the product to ensure that the product can be delivered to the customer intact during long-distance transportation or multiple turnovers.
